After a call initiated via Flexor CTI ends a Microsoft .net Framework error message appears, it may look like this:
This error maybe due to a
problem with the Flexor Call History
log file on the PC.
Navigate to the users "My Documents" folder and find the file:
Then exit Flexor (File, Exit from Flexor OnScreen) and then delete, or if you wish to retain the data, rename the file to something else e.g. calllog.old
Then restart Flexor, the log file will be recreated and the error should stop.
